Iguana heating problems

Hello to all that read this,
I need some advice on heating. What I have is a cages by design enclosure. It is 5ftx4ftx2ft. The lights attach at the top. I have a ceramic heat emmiter (150wt) and a power sun uv (160wt) the temp in the cage only gets to around 80 degrees. I need to hit around 90-95. I also have a infa red heat (150wt) that can be used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
