Don't get any prepackaged iguana food! These dehydrate your animal and are not that nutritious. And yes, your diet needs to change today! Broccoli and apples should only be given once in awhile.
Most of your diet should consist of calcium rich greens like collard, mustard, turnip greens, dandelion, watercress, endive, escarole, hibiscus leaves. You can add squashes, snow peas, green beans and a little fruit like mango, papaya, berries, melon. Variety is good but you must have those greens! Those with the UV light is essential for your iguana not to develop metabolic bone disease.
