I found some nutritional info on alogati and sweet potato leavesfor you.
28 grams of fresh alogbati has: 0.5 grams protein, 47 mg calcium, 40 mg potassium. It also has a bit of vitamin C and very small amounts of thiamin, niacin and riboflavin. It doesn't have the best Ca:P ratio, but there's still more calcium than potassium. You can include it in an iguana salad as long as you have some greens with better Ca:P ratios, such as collards, mustard greens, dandelion greens, turnip greens, or kangkong.
35 grams of fresh sweet potato leaves has 13 mg calcium and 181 mg potassium. That's a horrible Ca:P ratio, so I would avoid the sweet potato leaves.
And kangkong (aka water convolvulus) has 88 mg calcium and 29 mg phosphorus per 100 grams edible portion. (That's a 3:1 ratio, I believe.)
The ideal Ca:P ratio for an ig salad is 2:1. Just balance out your greens so you get something close to that when everything is combined.
