Is what I have read about the people (shop owners, etc)who are opposing this. They keep talking about it being a hardship for them to put together a basic care sheet by having to take the time to do research, as well as being held liable for false info that is in the care sheet they hand out. Lets set aside for just a minute what I feel is a moral obligation to take the best care you can of a living creature that is under your care. Would it be too much to expect that the people who are selling these animals actually KNOW how to take proper care of them, if for no other reason than to insure that the animal you buy is in good health and has been treated properly during the time it has been in their care?
