Personally, I think this is GREAT. By providing some basic care info, they help new owners provide better care for their new pets... But, by providing info on the proper care of certain animals to the public, the public can see EXACTLY how well that certain pet-store is following the guidelines! That will translate into more people noticing/reporting abusive conditions, and MAYBE the industry will improve. I hope...
