:I soak their veggies in the water , I give them baths and I live in a country where the level of humidity is around 95%!!I dont know what else I could do!

::I would keep an eye on the stool to see if that consistency continues. Try to get more water into them by soaking their veggies and spraying them/giving baths. Maybe they are a little dehydrated. A blood test could point you in the right direction as far as more serious problems. I just don't know if the vets there are experienced with reptile blood tests???? Hopefully they are.
