Well....If you're hitting 90 already without a heat source I would take a few temp readings at various levels in the enclosure. Heat rises so there's not much you can do to avoid it getting warmer at the top of the enclosure. Proper ventilation will help in keeping it from getting TOO warm. From the sound of it you'll only need the RHP for heating at night. In this case, I'd mount the temp sensor below whatever level the ig sleeps at which will help ensure that she will always be warm enough at night after the lights go out. Set the controller for 75* +/- and take a few night time readings once it's installed. This will give you a more accurate idea of what the temp setting should be on the controller. And as long as the day time temp rises above 75* +/-, the RHP will shut off during the day leaving the enclosure to stay warm by the lights... If the lights are on a timer then you're one step closer to having an automated set up. Now if I could only figure out a way to have everyone automatically fed and cleaned....;)
