Hi Linda,

You may want to try to contact the Anti-Cruelty society in Chicago. I know they have investigators that go out on calls when they are told about possible cruelty. I'm not sure if they handle reptiles, but if they don't, I'm sure they can give you a good idea of who you can contact. I know they take in reptiles that are found/surrendered, but they place the reptiles that are brought in with another organization. I just started volunteering there, so sorry I don't have more information.
