My Pleasure. It's always nice to see someone take the time to learn about an animal and try NOT to make mistakes. But PLEASE don't feed the ig mammals.... ;P How big is the little guy now? Tell us a little more about it and you. You said someone gave it to you. For Christmas? Or just cause you have reptiles and thought you could take care of it now that they didn't want it anymore... (It happens a LOT).... What other kind of critters do you have? Pics please! :) When I was nine My parents got Me a baby Ig and we listened to the pet store on how to care for it. Needless to say, it lived two weeks. I was heart broken. So I decided to find out why it had died. 9 years of reasearch later, I adopted Smirnoff (formaly known as "Iggy"). He's a stunted adult. He's 17" SVL and 45" STL (We FINIALLY measured him last night). 7 Years old. He now lives in a closet that we converted into a BEAUTIFUL (if I do say so Myself) Habitat. I'll attach a pic so you can see. I've had Him since June 30th of this year. He's still around so I guess I'm doing ok with this one. :)
Anyway, I guess I'll stop babbling now and attach that pic. Hope everything works out for you and Your Ig (What did you name it?)! Keep us updated and ask any questions you need answered. I'm SURE someone will help if you need it. :)
