Had an interesting dream last night:
I was going to some little pet store for fish supplies and decided to buy an iguana. I wanted to get a little green baby, but they only had juveniles that were maybe 6" and up in s/v length. I think they were captive bred by the owners of the store? Anyway, these were Beautifull, bright green, fat and healthy igs that were housed in a huge, brightly lit cage that took up the entire wall. The cage had live plants, small palms, and a flowering coral tree for climbing (don't blame me, it was a nice dream). They wouldn't sell me an iguana right away, either. First, I was thoroughly interviewed by a worker, the manager, and the owner of the store. They were not letting the iglets go to just anybody...
I wonder why I had that dream? I sure didn't want to wake up from it. Kaaz joined me on the bed this morning, flopped down face to face. I doubt he had any idea what I was thinking, but still, it was a nice gesture. He was probably cold, LOL
Too bad in reality pet shops are more like "You should buy at least two, cause they need company, and oh yeah, they'll be perfectly fine in a 10G tank, feed this dry kibble and some lettuce"
