i was told by my vet when my iggy got in to a fight with the other and got tore up really bad to put bagbalm on it and it worked great and it was safe and he is fine all cuts heald and all and that was a week ago he was also on meds too cause thay were so bad but he is doing great.......

:Hercules has cut his mouth slightly by banging his face full throttle into the cage and has rubbed the bottom lip raw. I put some neosporin on it but I am not sure that it is okay to do. Its probably not sinking in the skin. What is safe to put on these cuts?
:I have also decided that for my sanity and his he will have to be moved into an upstairs bedroom by himself. He keeps hurling himself into the cage bars when he sees me. Unfortunately, his cage in a central location in the house and I walk by it all the time. Also, I am going to have my husband turn his lights on and off to minimize him seeing me. At night I will go in and take him out when he is alseep for his baths, cleaning cage, and feeding.
