Should I give her more food??

Beanie was not a big eater when I first adopted her. She has
been increasing her daily food intake and is now up to a full
paper plate that is mounded pretty high. I found out today
while at work she had already eaten the entire portion by 11am.
Should I double her helpings(2 plate fulls)? I have read that
you cannot feed too much.
