I'm with everyone else... For something to have happened so quickly, without any prior signs of stress, there had to be an agent involved, a chemical of some sort. The only way to know for sure is to have them necropsied and to carefully analyze their new environment. Even if they were housed in the same enclosure as they were in your old place, chemicals in the new house may have seeped in, so you need to look at the chemicals in the room they are in, as well as any circulating throughout the house.

You might want to check out my CND: Chemical Sensitivities page. You'll find lots of into on environmental illiess/sick building syndrome and related information. Keep in mind that if one or more chemicals were the cause of your iguanas' deaths, you (and any other humans and animals) are inhaling them and getting them into your body thorugh contact with your skin, so, one way or the other, you need to get some answers...

We are sorry to hear about what happened, and do hope that you can find out what the underlying cause was. Please let us know, okay?
