Has she been checked for parasites?
Any chance she could be gravid?
What's the humidity - could she be constipated because of slight dehydration?

That's my initial ideas, anyway... I think an overall cage temp of 84F should be fine as long as you provide a nice big warm basking spot in a location the ig uses regularly.
