I'm going to repeat what the others have said:
The temperature is way too cold for a tropical lizard. You need to maintain the thermal gradients iguanas require, no matter how cold it gets in your house. You'll find extensive information on the required temperature gradients and how to provide them in my Iguana Care, Feeding & Socialization article.
While simply being too cold can cause lethargy and loss of appetite, prolonged periods at temperatures that are too low result in severe stress, which compromises immune system function, and usually leads to a respiratory infection. If there's any food in the gut when the chilling period starts, it just sits in there, rotting, as the gut is unable to function properly at the low temperatures, leading to a host of other problems.
Your iguana needs to see a vet - a reptile vet who understands the significance of the situation you presented. While correcting the environment will help, the iguana needs to be checked for hydration, and systemic infection including respiratory infection. You'll find vet info and resources at my Herp Vets page.
Let us know how it goes!
