The one easy thing about green iguanas is that you can't overfeed iguanas when you are feeding them a proper diet! ;) You might want to check out my Overfeeding Iguanas article for more info.

I recommend offering the greens and veggies every day. There are things the veggies/alfalfa/fruit mix provide that green don't, and vice versa. Feeding both ad lib gives them the best shot at balanced nutrition.
