WOW! That's awsome as far in longevity in captivity!
U certainly must have done and be doing things fine!

Secondly, if as u say, things never changed in almost 2 decades, then it may be a sing of illness...

I'm sure u know the proper temps an iguana should live in, so this may be a sing of illness. Take fecal samples, go to vet, see if she has eggs....etc...

Hope it's nothing serious, especially at such a ripe age.
