Wow have you had her all this time? That is an impressive age we don't see too often on the forum!
I would get a blood test and fecal test if you haven't had one recently. A blood test will tell you if something serious is going on like any signs of infection or organ failures. My last iguana had a low grade bacterial infection that went undetected for quite some time since he really wasn't showing any "obvious" signs of illness. He just slowed down eating but even that wasn't completely obvious since he would do that seasonally. If only I would have caught it earlier perhaps I could have saved my most favorite iguana in the world. :(
