She's the only one listed as a member at arav.org - that being said, she may no longer be a practicing veterinarian...Who knows...Only one way to find out.
Couple of phone calls and some networking may get you to a vet with some sort of reptile knowedge. Try checking herpvetconnection.com as well. Worst case scenario - maybe find the "most qualified" vet in your area and have them consult with a vet with better herp knowledge. Check in with whatever universities are in your neck (and possibly to the lower back) of the woods and see if they have any sort of veterinarian or zoological schooling. If you end up needing a phone consult I'm sure that we can all make recommendations...
