Bell ("sweet") peppers are fine to feed, so long as they are fed in small amounts and aren't a dietery staple. They aren't all that nutritious, when you consider how much igs would have to consume to benefit from some of the good stuff peppers have. ;) Red, green, and yellow peppers are from the same plant, with the different colors reflecting the different times they are harvested as they ripen.
