Well tonight is officially Ozzy's first night in his new home. Oh what an adventure this has been. First I will say hubby did a really good job on his cage. It looks really nice. It is so big. It just didnt look that big when he was building it in the garage. Now that it is in my sons room it just looks huge. Anyway that is the funny part of this all. We never really thought about how this was going to go in his room. We thought it was just a straight shot through the hall. Ummm well it wasn't. Hubby had to take off our baseboards and trim, then take off the trim pieces of Ozzys cage, and we finally were able to get it in. He didnt think this was so funny. But it is finally in and Ozzy is in it. I think he is in shock right now. It is so much bigger than his old cage. Im so afraid he is going to fall. This cage is 6 feet tall, but I guess he will learn to navigate it. I still have some changes to make as far as the interior, but that will come in time. My wallet still needs to recover from this. LOL My sons birthday is Tuesday, so the timing is good, it is part of his birthday present. I just went in and checked on Ozzy and he is acting wierd. He has a branch thing from his old cage in there, and he keeps sticking his tounge out and licking it and started rubbing his nose on it. I have never ever seen him rub his nose before. I hope this is just the newness of the cage. Well I just wanted to tell everyone that it is finally done. YEAH! I am going to go get my moms digital camera here in the next couple days and take a picture so I can show you guys. Thanks for all your help. Tami
