Yep. The underside of the forked end of the tongue.
Most folks don't see the deep pink forked tips until their iguana is a year or more old. The fork is quite shallow compared to snakes and other fork-tongued lizards such as monitors. The deep pink tips aren't usually noticed unless the iguana is stressed, dehydrated or suffering from a systemic infection, at which time the rest of the tissues in the mouth--and the rest of the tongue--get very pale and so, by comparison, the tips stands out in stark contrast.
