Let's see....
Use proper food storage containers (not tubs that food came packaged in) - that seems to help as the lids form a tighter seal.
Use a thermometer to check out the different areas in your fridge to find the coldest ones. These tend to be less conveniently located towards the back of shelves, as the easily accessible front and door areas warm up a bit every time the door is opened.
Or...you make just enough food to last the period of time that it normally stays fresh.
Or...freeze food in tightly packed containers each holding 2-3 days worth of food, defrosting them as needed.
It sounds like you are already keeping the greens separate from the veggies - that's good. And, as Annaka pointed out, use the more rapidly perishable ones first. It's important to feed a variety of greens, but the variety can be over the course of several days or weeks - it doesn't have to be all in one day. :)
