l:I have Rep-Cal adult iguana dry pellets in Tempest's cage all the time. I'd rather not, but he does actually eat them. They were the first thing he'd eat after I brought him home (rescue). He gets fresh salad with lots of greens every day, fresh water and a fresh bath as well. He eats most of his greens and salad, but I do notice that even with those there, he always eats some pellets. He will also snack on them at night as well.
:I'd rather he was on a non-commercial diet, but hey, he's gaining weight, starting to look ok, and it gets at least some food into him. He won't eat fruits of any kind yet, and I've tried alot, like I mean many many, different kinds. He'll eat mixed greens, he *might* eat carrot or squash if its grated and hidden in the greens, and occasionally he will accidentally eat a pea. So for him, right now, commercial diets are a must. I definately like Rep-Cal the best.
::Hello,
::How do you guys feel about commercialy availible diets. Do any of you feed them soley. I would rather make it part of my animals diet. Do you feel any are better or worse than others?
