Do yourself a favor especially if this is going to be your first snake... Look at corn or king snakes or ball pythons. Last thing you want to be dealing with when having a limited amount of snake handling experience is a 20', 200#+ python that could actually do a fair amount of damage to you if given the right circumstances - which is what you WILL have if you go with a Burm.... Better to wait a few years after you've become more familiar and knowledgable in regards to snake husbandry... Besides, you're going to have your hands full with the ig for awhile...;)
