:Hi! Flash gets a variety day to day...mustard greens, collard greens, escarole, water cress, sometimes turnip greens, green leaf, romaine, or kale. Snap peas, green beans, sweet potato, different squashes, parsnips. Mango, papaya, rasberries, figs, and always a few blueberries on top (don't even dare to forget the blueberries, mom!) Once in a while I'll sneak in some banana or apple, but she's not too fond of them. Everything I feed her is always fresh.
