She sounds very bad...she needs to see a vet. Bring a fresh stool sample if you can. She may need calcium injections, parasite medication, and who knows what else.
Don't give her yogurt. You can try blending up some calcium rich veggies like collards, mustards, watercress, dandelion, endive, escarole with some squashes, and a little fruit like mango, melon, berries, papaya. These are good foods whether you blend them or can get her to eat them torn up. Pedialyte can be given for a short time until she is on her feet. Check out this site for more ideas.
