Your ig diet is not horrible... But you could definitely add some things...
Collard, Mustard, and Turnip greens to start with - These three greens are the STAPLE of my iguana diet.
Consider a few more fruits... They dont need much of it, but some strawberries would be good :-) Basically anything they will enjoy!
The main idea is to get as much food as possible into a malnourished iguana. Spoil them rotten... Our sick ones usually prefer to be hand fed for a while... We also can get more food into them that way. We DO wean them off the hand feeding after a bit - But it usually is a good way to get them started.

:My ig needs to put on some weight. His tail base is very thin and his arms. He is eating well. He was at the vet about a month ago and they treated him for a bacterial infection, and did a poo smear and everything was fine. He does look a lot better since i got him in August. But i want him to start growing and putting on weight.
:He is getting shredded grean beans, Baby marrows, sweet potatoe, and patti pans(small pumkins). And endive and Dandelions, kale, watercress for greens. With his shredded salad i mix calcium powder in for supplementing the diet. And hibuscus flower 3x a week.
:He does have a UV light and a basking light.
:is this diet enough to plump him up or does he need something else or more.
:thanks
