You're doing fine. Maybe the reason he's so shabby is due to that infection. Make sure everything is warm enough to process the food. Stay away from proteins, some people "cheat nature" in speeding iguana growth with insects etc, but in the longrun it affects longevity and health. Sadly, iguana farms are known to do so to get the animals breeding fast and big enough.
