Hi Everyone!
I let Myka sleep with me the other night because she really did not want to sleep in her own bed that night *grins*
I noticed that while she was really sleeping, she didn't breath like a mammal would with a regular respiration rate. On average, it was like this: breath, 1, 2, 3, breath, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, breath, 1, 2, 3, breath, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, breath etc etc.
Is this what the average iguana breathes like while they are sleeping? Just curious! Wendy :)
