Thanks for the info, maybe I will stick to females, have been doing some serious reading and couldn't really find anything, so far, on this subject. I have seen on rescue site where they say altered or spayed and that is how I found out about it. Care sheets are not found as well as beardie care sheets either, so bare with me on the questions. : )
This is a serious thing for me, I get an animal for their life and I want to make sure I make the right choice. I want to make an appt for the MI rescue so I can see the iguanas and see if one suits us, sometimes you just know--- yes, thats the one. I am also looking at other rescues outside the state but I would have to know alot of info on them.
I think I may just stick with a female. I have kids and that was one of my concerns. BUT if a male happens to say "take me home, I will be good" hey, then might just have to take him. LOL
