I don't know if that is a true story... I mean, igs can certainly do that much damage, especialy if they grab and shake. I'm sure they can rip off a piece of the cheek, nose, or an earlobe or lip. But that scar looks rather geometric to me, and I can't quite picture how the ig's mouth fit across your face.

Maybe if you drew a dotted outline of the ig's mouth to show how it fits the scar?
