:ALL females (yes ALL secual mature females) will undergo some extent of ovulation and/or egg formation EVERY yeaR! It is just that *most* re-absorb these eggs/sacs prior to calcification or laying because of husbandry (most likely) or genetisism.
:It is common, healty, and absolutely normal for a female ig to be b!tchy, (big time!) not eat for 2 months, lose massive weight, lay eggs, look like heck for a week, and then bounce back like nothing ever happened. Such is the strength (curse?!!) of the female.
:If your ig is healty (completely) to start with, there is no problem....otherwise................
Spike is eating normally(like a pig), and has never gone off feeding for more than a day, or 2 tops. Never lost or gained a noticable amount of wieght.
and boy do I know about the strength ...CURSE... of being female : )
