Yes, it looks weird(the skinny part).But wait to see what is going to happen...Dont do anything now...Perhaps it will recover by itself...It looks like a door or another thing crushed the little tip of the tail.

:::Hi everyone,
:::Sorry the pic is so large but I don't have a proper camera to get a large picture of the tip of his tail to show detail.
:::Doesn't Joey's tail regrowth look so strange?...It grew incredibly quickly but it is sooooo skinny and he has a crack in it that I'm not sure if you can see (up at the top of the skinny part). I'm sure he will not keep this skinny part of the regrowth and that it is going to fall off. Is this normal for him to lose the regrowth? When I had him at the vet a short while back, none of the skinny part had grown yet, but the end of the tail looked very dark, I was nervous it had gangrene. The vet said that it was not gangrene and that it would be very obvious if it was.
:::Any more thoughts on Joey's tail would be greatly appreciated.
:::Thanks,
:::Kally
