I was getting it from a place called Fox Building Supply here in Oklahoma City. They would cut a piece off and sell it by the foot but now you have to buy a whole roll. Still wasn't any where NEAR $400. The last time I bought a piece it was from a company called Lumber 2 also here in OKC.
