here's 2 good ig sites .. both have good diets/diet tips ... igs should have lots of leafy greens ... (NO lettuce, no spinach) ... collards, dandelion greens, mustard greens are a good start ... fruit is more of an ig-junk food, not alot of nutrients ... a little bit once in a while is ok ... iZ gets 2-3 orange sections every nite with supper (he's also 5' long) ...
