Another item you might look for at a camping supply store are those hand warmer heat packs that generate heat for 7,12, and even 24hrs. Might last a little longer than a hot water bottle and you don’t need to heat them up first… but most of them are one time use, or you need to boil them to “re-set” them. They also get fairly hot once you activate them so you’ll probably want to wrap them in a towel.
