Nothing sounds wrong. The honeymoon is just over. Over the next week or so your new iguanas personality is going to come out. But be patient. It just means that she is adjusting. After a few weeks, get her into a vet with a fresh fecal to make sure health is good and to establish a relationship someone in case you will need it and then, look at a few article on taming. Im sure many people here will give some great taming advice as well.

:OK, I got an iguana from a friend about a week ago. She's about 1
:1/2 feet long. Until about halfway through the week she was fine.
:Tamest igauna I'd seen. She came out quietly, explored the bathroom,
:licked just about everything. Now, she runs and hops out of the cage
:when I try to get her out. However, there are no signs of aggression
:(tail whipping, biting, head bobbing, extending dewlap). She simply
:just runs away. After I catch her, she's fine! She acts like she
:did before! Someone help me!!! The only difference is that I
:added UV lighting. I still use a regular bulb for heating and have
:the UV light a little higher up. WHAT'S WRONG!!??
