Since "farmed" igs are essentially no healthier than wild-caught ones, and the conditions in most pet stores are what they are, the likelihood of both iguanas and WDs developing problematic levels of internal parasites, and passing things back and forth to one another, are both high.
And, since these types of stores generally have no clue about (or do but don't want to waste the time/resources) how to properly clean and disinfect, the risk is increased that the wee beasties may be spread to other herpetofauna, too.
