My Desert Iggy won't poop!

One of my Desert Iguanas ate a super worm about 5 days ago, he hasn't pooped yet. I just gave him a warm bath and rubbed him down from breast bone to tail bone. If this don't work what kind of oil do you give them, and how much. Thanks for any help you may give me. Bill.
