Glad to hear the questions are getting easier for you! Winters here suck for maintain heat. What I do come this time of year is raid walmart for the 75 watt black light bulbs. You can get them VERY VERY cheap now. I put those in the over head light to add some extra heat to the room. That stays on 24/7 and I replace them as needed. Also while it is ugly as sin, I have picked up several heavy blankets at resale shops. The windows get plastic on them as soon as the temps drop to 60 degrees outside and the doors and windows get these UGLY but thick blankets as curtains. They are thicker than curtains and keep in more of the warmth. These will raise the ambient room temps. Which let me tell ya after shoveling the lake effect snows from lake michigan I LOVE going into the iguana room and relaxing.

:82-84 and top 84-86 and at least 90 right under the basking
:lamp. Do you feel these are a go? She is eating ALOT! I bet
:she has put on at least a pound in the 3 weeks or so I have
:had her. Oh yeah, she started to shed around her mouth and
:face yesterday. Is this normal for this time of year? It
