I think it is too soon to worry about that. Just let her acclimate and start eating. A vet trip (if you haven't done this already) would be a good idea, taking a fresh fecal sample to get checked. You may just want to do the fecal first until she is under less stress. Bloodwork could show how off her levels are which I'm sure won't be great due to her condition. Perhaps they would suggest a calcium shot or vitamin shot. Anyway, keep the eye thing in the back of your mind, but it is more important just to get her back on track with eating right now. If you get her to eat, hopefully all other problems will be easier to solve once she regains some strength.
