Breeding season is one possibility - the month of onset may change if the weather patterns have been different, so the season may set in earlier or later than usual. In some cases, some reptiles, including iguanas, have gone through two distinct breeding seasons in a year, something that can't be good for them.
The other possibility is the colder weather. Are you using thermometers in her enclosure? If not, it may a actually be too cold in there, during the day and/or night, so she is going to be less active and possibly grumpier when disturbed. Appetite will be down, too.
Overcast days, or days when the overcast lasts well into the morning or early afternoon will result in behavioral changes, too.
