to achieve higher temps add CHE's. I personally don't like the red lights - they are too fragile (some igs don't sleep well with them). at night you need heat & NO light - CHE's are by far the better value.
The Active UV Heat lamp is excellent - you could kick up the heat & add lumination for daytime basking by adding 160 - 200 watt flood lights directed towards the basking spot. that's what I have set up in my igs free roaming basking spot - this set up might help with your ambient heat too - which should be 85 - 87 during the day. 72 is ok at night only.
