a great way to crush vits!!

: Sounds like your on the right track. I use human multi vitamins and calium tabs. In fact today I set up my operation in the living room so I could watch TV while crushing vitamins between to spoons. I crush 3 multi, then 1 calium into a bowl. Then I go through with the spoon using it to continued to crush into dust. Then take the strainer and sift it through into another bowl. This is so I can put it in a salt shaker and dust the food easily.

: You didn't believe me when I said that it was an operation did you? I'm a igaholic and proud of it.
