gave you medicines againt worms if the big DI didnt have them(Do you want to know how many dogs I lost because of vet's wrong doses and wrong prescriptions????)
If I am asking so many qustions is because I want to understand the problem before giving advices!!
Anyway it seems that the DI was ok until it lost its tail...Perhaps when it fell from the counch it hurt itself..
I think its a good idea to separate them...
If the DI is pooping its because it's eating...so your baby is not so sick!!!
Keep us informed and STOP ALL the unnecessary medicines because they can damage its liver and kidneys!!
Last question:What did you put in its tail when it broke??

::Perhaps the one that's not active has worms...You should take that one to the vet...But I never heard of these medicines before...Are you sure the vet is good? Has experience with reptiles???

:Well, I was looking for answers not more questions! The medicine the vet gave me is used for reptiles. I got her name from http://www.herpvetconnection.com/ and she does specialize in reptiles. Keeps reptiles herself. Metronidazole or (Flagyl) is a antibiotic and antiprotozoal agent. Panacur is used to treat Nematodes. http://www.icomm.ca/dragon/parasite.htm. We got all three at the reptile show, and even though the stool didn't show any parasites she thought it a good idea to treat all three since they live together. She treated the big guy in her office, and gave me two measured syringes for the babies. The baby that was sluggish was showing signs of slowing down before he got the medicine. So the medicine has nothing to do with his problem!
