::get rid of the substrate, it poses risk of impaction.

::A cage must be higher than 4 feet for an adult iguana. they are arboreal, so they need a cage that is atleast 6 feet high. They need climbing space.

::They need UV lighting for vitamin D3 synthesis.

::Calcium rich dark leafy greens are best. ie: Collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens (dandelion can get nasty quick, so i don't use 'em), water cress, endive, excarole, etc . Winter Squashes are great, like butternut, acorn, etc. Fruit can be given in small percentiles. there must be absolutely no animal protein in the diet. bread and rice are a very sparse treat, but i don't feed mine that at all.

::he needs a bigger cage than a 120 gallon. Any sized aquariums are just ill-suited for large arboreal lizards.

::good luck with him, he looks like a sweet boy =)
::
: i have a cb croc monitor coming this week...all my large cages are full..i have room to add 3 to 4 4x8 left until i expand..this guy will want to climb..i see that now..thats what it will get..thanks,billy
