Hi guys! Hope everyone and their igs are doing well! Myself I'm doing WONDERFULLY... so is Gir ^_^ He's a feisty little thing and gets VERY irrate if he doesn't get to get out and be about for at LEAST a couple days... I've had to be REALLY nice to him, as on Tuesdays I can't help but be in class ALL DAY and he's asleep by the time I get home.
But everything is going well with me and the ig... AND... we have another on the way!
I'm friends with the owner of a pet shop not far from my house... and recently, friends of HIS have decided to get rid of their five year old female. She's GORGEOUS, and so friendly!
She's coming home with me next friday ^___^ Right now I'm clearing out a space for her new cage in my room... MAJOR rennovations going on! But she'll have only the best!
Really... I was wondering, does anyone have a care sheet that condenses down to about... Oooh... a page? They sell igs at the store, and though their igs are VERY healthy, as are the rest of their animals, they don't give out care sheets with them most of the time. Now, Jewel is a different story and I felt like I was being INTERROGATED when I asked her price and if she was friendly... ALL the questions!
But she's super sweet! Let me hold her and was very calm and loving when I talked to her. Very alert, and a nice round belly too! I wish I had pictures of her! I'm going to see her tomorrow before my martial arts class in the evening... I can't wait!
