Hit the wrong button! Thank you for the suggestions both here & in the mail!! The vacation is far enough away that I've got time to work on it. Several suggested getting him used to being there by short term visits which confirmed what I had been thinking about. I'm going to be getting in touch with his vet to see if we can try this. I'll think she'll work with me. If anyone has more thoughts, please let me know. We appreciate any help we can get with this little problem.
