Is this the newer iguana? If she can see another iguana or animal, she may be afraid and not eat. Keep other animals out of view. Have you taken a fresh stool sample to the vet? (she may have parasites). How are her temps and UV?
If you haven't had her long, it may take awhile for her to adjust. Keep a variety of fruits and veggies in her cage and hopefully she'll come around.
